**About the Role**:
Are you a dynamic and dedicated leader with a passion for creating possibilities for others? As Manager Client Services, you will lead a team of Team Leaders in delivering exceptional community-based services. In this role, you will oversee Unisson’s Community Access programs. Your responsibilities will encompass ensuring personalized, person-centred plans for clients, fostering meaningful activities, and driving a positive team environment. You will collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders, contributing to our mission of making a difference in people's lives.

- Develop and oversee person-centred plans in collaboration with clients and families
- Maintain compliance with record-keeping and documentation requirements
- Manage team performance, including supervision, reviews, and induction
- Monitor budget expenditure and take corrective action when necessary
- Report on performance metrics to the General Manager and identify any opportunities for growth.
- Uphold Unisson's Values and Code of Conduct in all interactions and drive a culture of respect, diversity, and inclusion

**A Bit About You**:
To have success in the role you will be a compassionate and experienced professional with a proven track record in managing and motivating teams to provide high-quality services. You will also have:

- Demonstrated experience leading staff in delivering person-centred services
- Demonstrated prior experience in the disability/NDIS or community services space.
- Ability to monitor service delivery and staff performance remotely, including experience in budget management and data-driven performance monitoring
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills with a track record in managing staff performance and disciplinary matters professionally and effectively.
- Willingness to contribute to a positive team environment and a genuine interest in upholding the dignity, diversity, and well-being of all clients and stakeholders
- Valid NDIS Worker Screening Check, Driver’s Licence, and Vaccination against COVID-19 (including booster)
- Willingness to undertake a National Police Check
