**About the Role**:
As a Product Specialist, you will be a key part of the customer journey - responsible for delivering an exciting and educational experience for our customers, assisting with appointments & walk-in enquiries, selling, and ensuring the customer's needs are always met.
You don’t need any car-industry experience - we'll provide you with all the tools & training required to become a superstar. What we want is the right attitude - someone who is honest, loves dealing with other people, and who wants to self-develop.
**To be successful in the role you will need**:
- Quality in-person customer service

- Interpret and discuss information about our stock with customers
