We have an exciting opportunity to develop a rewarding career** **as a **Customer Experience Specialist at CarPlace Brisbane. **We are seeking someone who can bring to life the “Love that Experience” culture and make the whole customer experience an unforgettable one.
***You will be responsible for delivering an exciting and educational experience for our customers, assisting with appointments and walk-in enquiries, selling value adding services, and ensuring a seamless delivery experience.
If you are a genuine team player with a 'can-do' customer-centric attitude and good work ethic, we will provide training to suit.
**YOU**:
- Outstanding communication skills and ability to provide excellent customer service
- Highly personable with a helpful and bright phone manner
- Articulate with the ability to quickly establish rapport
- Self-motivated with a desire to meet and exceed targets and KPI's
- Focused on continuously delivering results and exceeding customer expectations
- Computer literate with strong accuracy and attention to detail
- Full QLD drivers licence is required
- QLD Motor Sales Persons licence or ability to obtain one
- ** Previous experience in Customer Service or as a Sales Consultant is highly regarded**
