With a current portfolio comprised of ~$50m and continuing to grow, IAG are now in the market for their next Executive General Manager Services. This person will oversee IAG’s national disability services including IAG, Zest and SASI. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer (COO), the role will;
- Assist in expanding and diversifying services through targeted strategic opportunities.
- Coordinate the compilation of operating budgets and forecasts.
- Be responsible for the achievement of profitable growth across the Services division.
- Motivate and Support Service Managers in the achievement of profit/sustainability objectives
- Drive a high performing culture amongst the broader team.
- Prepare and execute business plans.

**About You**
For this appointment IAG are seeking an experienced leader from within the disability sector who has an in-depth understanding of services and broader disability funding whilst facilitating growth across the service lines. With sound commercial understanding and financial management skills, you will have;- Tertiary qualifications in a related industry sector and/or in a health or human services field
- High level change management, project management and problem solving skills
- Extensive leadership and generalist management experience in Disability and related Services
- Practical knowledge of the implications of NDIS, from a commercial, IR and quality perspective on service delivery
- Demonstrated experience in strategic policy development and delivery
- Commitment to IAG’s values and guiding principles
