**As our Regular Giving Program Manager your purpose will be to**:

- Work with internal and external partners to ensure campaigns are implemented and delivered in a timely and efficient manner
- Manage all campaign data, import, and export files ensuring our database is well managed and maintained
- Report and provide data analytics on all Regular Giving campaigns and overall program insights
- Design customer experiences that connect to provide transformational journeys and ensure our supporters find purpose and fulfilment in their support of our mission
- Drive a continuous improvement and innovation strategy that clearly evidences effective testing to achieve measurable efficacy gains
- Manage stakeholders to ensure activity is delivered to agreed timelines and budget, as outlined in the business plan
- Support with developing the digital integration strategy across all areas of individual giving program with marketing - content, video, social media, website/online donations

**To succeed you will have**
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in either the not-for-profit or commercial sector generating net income through mass fundraising campaigns
- Proven ability to manage internal and external stakeholders and problem solve to successfully deliver concurrent projects and priorities
- Highly developed interpersonal skills
- Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills
- Experience collaborating to deliver a cross functional fundraising or commercial strategy
- Experience of working to tight deadlines and budgets
- Demonstrated capability in fundraising/sales, stakeholder, and financial management
- Regular Giving experience and Salesforce expertise would be highly advantageous
- Ability to use Microsoft suite
