Situated in the heart of Brisbane’s Fortitude Valley lies **Ovolo the Valley**. Inspired by the eclectic culture and iconic history of the surrounding neighbourhood, Ovolo the Valley draws guests into a whimsical oasis of colour and art, with surprising hints of quirkiness, custom wallpaper, eccentric furniture, and illustrations curated throughout all its spaces. Designed for effortless living, Ovolo the Valley features 103 guest rooms, Tel Aviv-inspired Restaurant ZA ZA TA and bar KAZBA, multiple event spaces, and a rooftop pool.

**The Gig**

We are on the lookout for our next Wonder Maker, aka **Guest Service Agent **to join our fun and exciting team. As our GSA, you will be the first point of contact for our guests when entering any of our hotels. You will be their first impression of the hotel and brand and we want it to be a lasting impression This is a **Full-Time **role and will require flexibility within availability. Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:

- Greeting guests as they enter the hotel
- Checking in & out guests
- Modify and adjust guest bookings accordingly
- Promote the hotel and all it has to offer
- Make suggestions to guests from your knowledge of the area
- Supporting the Front Office management team in ensuring a smooth running of hotel operations
