**The Role**:
This is a fast-paced role with career progression and growth. This could also suit a residential Sales Agent or experienced Associate looking for something left of center. Your duties will consist of but will not be limited to:

- Researching properties throughout Brisbane
- Taking buyer briefs from clients
- Managing client database
- Liaising with sales agents and staying in the loop of the marketing
- Sourcing off-market properties
- Assisting with administration and document execution
- Attending property inspections
- Negotiation
- Purchasing properties on behalf of buyers
- Current QLD Real Estate Certificate of Registration
- Experience as a Buyers Agent or Buyers Agent Associate, OR residential Sales Agent
- Sharp, savvy, and hungry for success
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Thorough understanding of the Queensland market (Brisbane)
- Ability to build long-lasting client relationships
