**Your Hotel - Ovolo The Valley**

Welcome to your Whimsical Oasis.

Situated in the heart of Brisbane’s Fortitude Valley lies **Ovolo the Valley**. Inspired by the eclectic culture and iconic history of the surrounding neighbourhood, Ovolo the Valley draws guests into a whimsical oasis of colour and art, with surprising hints of quirkiness, custom wallpaper, eccentric furniture, and illustrations curated throughout all its spaces. Designed for effortless living, Ovolo the Valley features 103 guest rooms, Tel Aviv-inspired Restaurant ZA ZA TA and bar KAZBA, multiple event spaces, and a rooftop pool.

**The Gig**

From booking to check-out and beyond, as our **Guest Service Agent (Wonder Maker)** you’ll be responsible for delivering on our promise of providing effortless and effervescent experiences for our guests. Your contagious enthusiasm teamed with your obsession with taking care of our guests will fill our lobbies with a special kind of sparkle that’ll keep people coming back for more. This is a **Full-time** position and will require flexibility within availability. Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:

- Greeting guests as they enter the hotel
- Checking in & out guests
- Modify and adjust guest bookings accordingly
- Promote the hotel and all it has to offer
- Make suggestions to guests from your knowledge of the area
- Supporting the Front Office management team in ensuring a smooth running of hotel operations
