**Job Description**:
This role will see you assist new customers throughout their sales journey by introducing, demonstrating, and promoting all current and new TeamViewer products within our Thai market.
- Provide online demos and webinars of TeamViewer to potential customers
- Quote and follow up on quotations within expected timeframes
- Promote and maintain a high quality, professional, service-oriented company image among customers
- Process any written request from customers and potential customers using our proprietary system (CRM)
- Promote cross and upselling activities with our existing customers
**Qualifications**:
- Ability to provide a high level of customer service
- A sales or customer service background
- Good understanding of the market and culture in Thailand
- Strong oral and written fluency in both Thai and English (any other APAC language is a bonus)
- Excellent problem solving, and the ability to offer solutions for individual customer needs
- Intermediate knowledge of Windows® and good general IT knowledge
- Team oriented, with a health touch of competitiveness
- Enthusiastic and self-motivated
