Intro Recruitment has a great opportunity for a Bid Coordinator to work with one of Australia's most exciting electrical and renewable power businesses. This organisation's leadership team comprises of people who have worked with top tier businesses on Australia’s largest and most intricate projects.
You will report through to the Head of New Business and work closely with both the designated Bid Manager, Coordinators and the Project Managers.
**Role responsibilities**:
- Contribute to the overall production of tenders
- Compile all documentation, proof and assist in preparing submissions for approval
- Receive tender notifications and distribute to relevant internal stakeholders
- Assist in writing, updating and maintaining the tender library templates
**About you**:
- Previous exposure to power, energy or utilities industry is preferred
- At least 3 years of experience as a Bid Coordinator
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite
- High attention to detail
- Advanced user of Microsoft Word
- Ability to coordinate and guarantee correct bid procedures
- High level of written and spoken communication skills
