Job Description:

  • Coordinate and prioritise all stages of the tender process, from assessing information to submission and proposal follow-up.
  • Develop and publish proposals, tenders, and other written documentation.
  • Liaise with various personnel within the business line to collect information and provide required support.
  • Ensure company bid management procedures are followed and identify and correct any non-compliance.

What You Bring:

  • Experience working in a mechanical/fabrication/cost estimate/service environment.
  • Experience working in the mining industry.
  • Experience in sales support, product, and proposal management.
  • Capability to network and coordinate client requirements/expectations.
  • High attention to detail and capable of working under tight deadlines.
  • Ability to build strong client relationships.
  • Willingness to travel to various client sites.
