**The Role**
As a **Cloud and Applications Support Analyst**, you’ll be the go-to expert for both internal and external stakeholders, including designers, developers, and product owners. You’ll provide 2nd and 3rd level support for our **Cloud** and **on-premise infrastructure**, ensuring smooth operations across **PC & Mac** environments. From cloud management to security compliance, you’ll be at the forefront of SBM’s tech operations.

**Your Responsibilities Will Include**:

- Managing and troubleshooting **Cloud (AWS / Azure / GCD)** environments.
- Providing technical support and maintenance for **Linux** systems and **OS patch management**.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to enhance tech solutions.
- Ensuring security compliance and debugging issues efficiently.
- Keeping tech manuals and diagrams up to date.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **Certification or equivalent experience** in **Azure / AWS / GCD** is preferred.
- **3+ years** of experience with **Linux** and **Cloud infrastructure**.
- **1+ year** of experience in security practices, software installation, and problem determination.
- Strong communication skills with a customer-first approach.
- A passion for continuous improvement and innovation.
