**The Company**
Our client we are recruiting for has over 90 years of pioneering security services in Australia and is one of the largest security patrol networks. With national offices headquartered in Silverwater they deliver security guards, patrols and alarm monitoring and response.

**The role**
We are recruiting for a proactive Reporting Analyst in the operational team based in Silverwater, Sydney. This is a key role in providing relevant and timely reports with actionable insights on operational performance to both customers and key internal stakeholders. You will also be responsible for producing the sophisticated analytics and lead reporting initiatives to support business growth and operational effectiveness.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Efficiently using Power BI to produce dashboards from complex data sets.
- Demonstrating the technical knowledge to create/consolidate key reports to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Incorporating internal controls to ensure integrity of data.
- Preparing reports to both clients and internal stakeholders.
- Identify, analyse, and interpret trends to provide insightful information to internal stakeholders.
- Provide insights for Tender Information to Sales Team.
- Diligently using data to constructively challenge the assumptions and thinking of management, employees, and business partners.
- Ensuring internal dashboards are updated on timely manner as required.
- Ad hoc reporting as required by the business.

**Success Looks Like This**
You will have:

- Power BI Expertise and Reporting Analytics Expert
- Efficiently produce client reports within agreed-upon timeframes.
- Timely generation and delivery of operational reports as required.
- Ability to ensure data submitted is an accurate reflection of operational performance.
- Proficient in using Power BI for the automation of reporting processes.
- Knowledge of Netsuite and Fusion Finance Systems is an added advantage.
- Possess high level of interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate within the team and with clients.
- Strong time management skills to meet reporting deadlines and operational requirements.
