We are a seeking a vibrant, personable, highly motivated and experienced Office Manager to join our team in the Medical Devices/Pharmaceutical Industry.

Founded in 1996, Tri-Med was established to satisfy the need for the design, development and distribution of a safe, reliable diagnostic test to detect the bacteria that can cause Stomach Ulcers. Our Founder, Professor Barry Marshall later received a Nobel Prize in Medicine for discovering the link between Stomach Bacteria and Ulcers. Our purpose is the _Global Detection and Treatment of Helicobacter Pylori._

We export out two main products, the PYtest and CLOtest throughout Australia and in 30 Countries worldwide.

We are a close-knit team with ambitious plans to grow our market share and product lines. Our Shareholders are involved in the business and appreciate the role that our team plays in executing our strategy.
- **About you**:_

We are seeking a motivated team player which excellent interpersonal skills and a “can do” attitude to get the job done. As we are a small team, all staff members are expected to “roll their sleeves up” as and when required. This could mean you will be answering the phone, executing medication orders or assisting other Team Members when required. We are focused on creating a positive culture and will place emphasis on the right personality that will blend with and compliment the team.

We would like someone who has had experience in managing an office in the medical/pharmaceutical field and who wants to take ownership of existing processes. As we are ISO accredited, there will be the requirement to develop new, and maintain existing Standard Operating Procedures. We transact in three currencies, so experience with exchange rates and entry of foreign exchange contracts would be preferable. There is also a focus on procurement, so some experience in that field would be well regarded.

In 2023, Tri-Med started its operations in United States and South America, so a working knowledge of Portuguese and Spanish would be advantageous. In addition, any exposure to FDA tracing requirements would be well regarded.

As we are transitioning into a paperless, digital platform, solid computer skills are required for the role with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Advanced Excel and Outlook. Extensive experience in accounting packages is essential.

All applicants must have a valid Australian working visa.

**Duties & responsibilities**:

- Manage accounts receivable and payable processing daily reconciliation in 3 currencies.
- Monitoring depreciation schedules & asset registers
- Preparing financial reports, projections, weekly cash flow reports and other costs, sales, and procurement analyses
- Executing all Foreign Currency Transactions and analysis.
- Wages, Superannuation and Statutory Taxes management.
- Manage Human Resources processes.
- Provide data about team performance.
- Manage lodgement of PAYG withholding and GST to ATO
- Processing of weekly procurement orders of all required stock, and timely updates of pricing schedule.
- Support continuous growth of Special Access Scheme (SAS) Therapeutics business unit enduring accurate and timely processing of orders from GP, gastro specialists and pharmacies.
- Management of customer database
- Plan of office services
- Help to design office team service standards.
- Manage facilities, office supplies and equipment.
- Enforce office safety regulations.
- Help the management to design operational policies and procedures

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
