The Sales and Marketing Coordinator is a newly created position joining international IT solutions organisation that specilises in providing innovative and integrated solutions for enterprises and emerging businesses. The role supports the Managing Director and the revenue generation activities across different technology platforms in alignment with the company’s strategic direction.
Your key responsibilities will include;
- Execution of annual sales and marketing plans including product expertise, regional and product sales, anticipating customer needs, managing inbound leads, order processing, sales and marketing support and reporting.
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns that drive positive customer experiences, increase client acquisition, build strong relationships between existing clientele and grow new and existing business
- Own the customer journey end-to-end and ensure quality leads are moving through a strong sales funnel. Manage and process all sales and marketing order needs
- Maintain well documented, accurate, organized and up-to-date file management in order to serve client and employer in the most expedient, organized and knowledgeable manner
- Manage and support end-to-end planning, execution and optimisation of local marketing and growth campaigns with support extended to other countries as necessary
- Contribute to managing databases, and the creation of offline and online marketing content to increase brand awareness, and interest, create positive customer experiences and increase conversions/sales.
- Work with the marketing agency to support copywriting tasks, including, Facebook, Google, EDM campaigns, print collateral, event descriptions and E-Commerce product descriptions.
- Lead planning and execution of partnerships and outreach including seminars, webinars, talks, expos and relevant event support.
To be successful in this role you must have proven experience in inside sales and marketing campaign delivery, possess strong interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication skills including concise presentation skills as well as a basic understanding of how paid digital advertising works on Google, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
You will be creative, self-driven and organised and be comfortable working in a faced paced, high growth environment with colleagues from all over the world as well as collaborative and communicative with the desire to up-skill to a senior marketing manager and/or sales professional role.
Experience with Marketo, Hubspot or other marketing integration software, experience with Salesforce or other CRM software and experience with Canva, Figma or Photoshop is required for this role.
