We assist business owners and ABN holders in transportation, construction, earthmoving, farming, forestry, mining, and other professional services across Australia in securing low-cost financing for new or used trucks, trailers, business vehicles, machinery, and equipment. Whether clients are looking to buy from dealerships, private sellers, or auctions, we streamline the process by utilizing our extensive network of over 60 banks and lenders.

Our primary objective is to cultivate strong relationships with our clients, ensuring they receive advantageous offers at competitive rates. We prioritize transparency by abstaining from hidden fees or in-house costs, aiming to align with our clients' long-term business goals.

**The Job**:
We are seeking a motivated and hungry asset finance specialist ready to advance in their career. You will be handling commercial asset finance deals for various loan amounts ranging from $20K to $5M in the low-doc and full-doc space. If you excel in a start-up environment, enjoy assisting people, and consistently exceed sales goals while building long-term connections with clients, lending partners, and referral partners, this role is perfect for you.
- Identifying your client’s business and their needs and using your expertise to find the best solution to give them a great experience: We have access to over 60+ banks and non-bank lenders
- See the client through the whole loan journey, from initial call through to settlement
- Making sure clients receive follow-up calls after settlement to ensure their satisfaction and foster a life-long business relationship
- Manage your sales pipeline to ensure revenue targets are achieved
- Making cold calls to find new clients (our CRM has over 16,000 established businesses; you don't have to look for any yourself; we provide you a list of businesses to target).
- Establish strong referral relationships with accountants, dealerships and your clients
- Build relationships with your management and coworkers so that we can all support each other and work together to reach our collective goals

**Every day, we finance the following types of new or used equipment (but not limited to)**:

- Transportation equipment: Trucks, trailers and busses
- Business vehicles: Cars, vans, Utes and SUVs
- Construction equipment: Excavators, bulldozers, cranes, graders, skid steers, telehandlers, etc.
- Farming equipment: Tractors, harvesters, balers, skidders, etc.
- Forestry equipment: Feller bunchers, grinders, log loaders, tree harvesters, wood chippers, etc.
- Mining equipment: Drill rigs, crushers, shotcrete machines, breakers, haulers, etc.
- Manufacturing equipment: CNC machine, conveyers, packaging machines, etc.
- Medical equipment
- Hospitality equipment
- Commercial boats
- Commercials aircrafts

**Must Have**:

- Experience in Asset Finance is preferred (can read financials and write full-doc deals) but not required
- Must have sales intelligence and be able to quickly switch between various kinds of conversations with different types of business owners throughout the day.
- Excellent communication and relationship skills (phone, writing and in person)
- Ability to effectively manage a sales pipeline: time management, multi-tasking, managing diverse clients at various points in their loan journey and work on multiple apps under pressure
- Out of the box thinking
- High attention to detail
- Strong focus on exceeding sales targetsGeneral computer skills (CRM knowledge is helpful)
