**About Your New Firm**
Located within the inner suburbs of Newcastle, our client is an established Wealth Management business with an envious reputation for customer service, quality outcomes, career progression and low staff turnover.
Having identified the need to provide better services to their existing client base along with increasing the support to their experienced Financial Planners, the firm is looking to attract an experienced, passionate and highly customer focussed Client Services Administrator.
As a firm, they pride themselves for their inclusiveness and support of the community. They also like having a little bit of fun after hours. The social calendar is already full for this year with planned events.
**Your New Role**
Combining traditional administration tasks with plenty of client contact, this role will keep you busy. It will also provide you with the opportunity to broaden your skills and experience base. Surprise, surprise. There is a huge emphasis on customer service.
It is evident that you will be provided with a high degree of autonomy but also have the luxury of working with other CSA’s and a really personable and supportive Team Leader. Additionally, you will find the Financial Planners/Wealth Managers very supportive of your efforts. How refreshing Believe it or not, the firm actually encourage your contribution as they are the first to admit to “not knowing everything”.
As the firm believe strongly is support, you will find when it comes to producing documentation and chasing up product information, you can rely on someone in the team to be there to help out if you get busy. Sharing of knowledge is the norm.
**About You & How To Apply**
To be considered for this opportunity it will be essential that you have a minimum of 18 months in a similar role supporting a busy Wealth Management team. A high level of personal presentation coupled with strong communication skills is mandatory. Xplan experience would be preferred.
A salary in the range of $75,000 to $85,000 + Superannuation can be expected. Details of the firms Working From Home Policy will be discussed at interview.
