The Company.

Client Services Advisor (CSA) for an industry recognised, award winning financial services company. Our client is both a progressive and a well respected employer, who supports their clients to create wealth and achieve their business goals.

The Opportunity.

In the role you will assist with:

  • Support Accounting and Financial Planning professionals with administrative requirements to ensure client deadlines are met
  • Preparation of documentation for advice, client reviews & other financial planning related documents
  • Manage & coordinate diaries, including appointments & travel bookings
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our clients and the team
  • Contribute to the improvement of efficiencies in all areas of administration
  • Communicate effectively with partners, clients, and the team
  • Work with various authorities regarding the requirements of our clients, including financial institutions, ATO, Australian Securities, and Investment Commission & Office of State Revenue
  • Engage with multiple levels of the business and senior management, supporting professional document standards and client interactions

About You.
You are a passionate individual who has a drive to learn and grow with the business. You will be working to deliver a high level of customer service and accuracy to your work.

  • You are a problem solver, ideally with previous experience in Client Services or Advisor role within financial services
  • You will demonstrate outstanding computer literacy
  • You will be an adaptable individual who is able to show initiative
  • You will be a team player who also has the ability to to work autonomously
