**OPPORTUNITY |Client Service Administrator**

As a Client Service Administrator with Prosperity Advisers Group, you will ensure a seamless service is delivered to your internal and external stakeholders through exceptional administrative support.

Your ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities will enable you to effectively support and meet the needs of our clients and the Business Services & Tax team.

Your days will include:

- Assisting the team with mid-month, end of month billing and reporting.
- Responding to all client enquiries on behalf of the directors.
- Liaise with ATO on lodgements, administration and reporting.
- Reception assistance from time to time.
- Review and co-ordinate compliance documents for client matters.
- Collating documents, reports and third-party searches as necessary.
- Building and maintaining long term client relationships.
- Administration and technical support to the team where required.

**What you bring to the role**:

- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role within a professional services firm.
- Advanced Experience using Microsoft Office
- Certificate IV in Business Administration (desirable)
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities and deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
- Well-developed time management, organisational and communication skills
- Ability to work in a team orientated environment and operate independently with limited supervision.
- Dedication to ensuring a high standard of service to our clients.
