**Your new company**
A global market leader in device connection technology, industrial control and automation is looking for an experienced and bright individual to join their team on a permanent basis

**Your new role**
- Supporting the Managing Director (MD) to manage workload, activities and resolve conflicting demands from reporting staff, managers and internal/ external stakeholders
- Co-ordinate and maintain the diary of the MD including the organisation of all appointments, meetings, travel arrangements, attendance at conferences and seminars
- Identify, anticipate and prepare information requirements for meetings and presentations
- Act as secretary to designated projects/ work groups and committees, meetings including preparing agendas and drafting minutes
- Address employee's queries regarding office management issues (e.g. stationary, hardware etc)
- Manage contract and price negotiations with office vendors, service providers and office lease

**What you'll need to succeed**
- 5-10 years of experience as an EA
- Demonstrates ability to take initiative in problem solving and in exercising judgement
- Ability to act with discretion and treat confidential information appropriately
- Good communication skills including the ability to compile and prepare reports
