Property and Development NSW is currently seeking to appoint an** Executive Assistant **to join its precinct development team to co-create and activate destinations, to deliver exceptional places for people to live, work, play and learn.

As an **Executive Assistant** you will offer confidential assistance to the Executive Director, handling tasks such as drafting correspondence, minutes, agendas, reports, presentations, and other vital documents. You will provide executive support across multiple projects and tasks, under the pressure of tight deadlines, heavy workloads, and unpredictable fluctuations in demand.
- This is a targeted role under GSE Rule 26 and Aboriginal people are encouraged to apply._

**About You**

You will have demonstrated ability to provide high-level quality executive and administrative support in a professional and timely manner to support the achievement of business unit objectives.
You will proficiently manage demanding timelines and multitask with precision, ensuring meticulous prioritization.
