**ABOUT THE ROLE - **Our client are seeking a qualified automotive technician with experience as Service Advisor, Workshop Controller and/or Service Manager, or alternatively working within a Head Office function in an Aftersales Consultant function or similar. This role will support the end-to-end aftersales operations for the Dealer Network, which includes fleet clients. This encompasses technical advice, service support, assurance of parts supply and technical training, demonstrating a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service and continuous improvements for the dealers and customers of their Fleet Department.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

- Partner closely with members of the Fleet department to ensure an outstanding customer experience is delivered to customers of the Dealer Network, Motorhome OEMs and Fleet Clients
- Ensure the organisation is viewed as a trusted, reputable and professional partner by delivering high quality service and products to support the Aftersales operations of the Dealer Network and Motorhome OEMs
- Partner with the Network Development and the Sales teams to ensure the achievement of sales and NPS targets
- Partner with the relevant regional Aftersales BDMs on technical matters that require attention;
- Act as the lead for all Aftersales requirements for the Dealer Network, Motorhome OEMs and Fleet Clients, including FMOs, rental customers, government agencies and national fleet clients.
- Monitor Vehicle Off Road (VOR) and roadside assistance towing reports for the assigned network and clients, making contact with the Regional Technical Specialist and dealer or service provider to ensure that effective repair plans are in place to minimise VOR time for Retail and Motorhome products
- When required, provide technical advice and support for Retail products to Customer Care, Warranty and Business Development Managers and other key corporate stakeholders

**WE ARE LOOKING FOR***
- A sound understanding of the automotive industry with an automotive technical background
- Minimum cert. 3 in Light vehicle mechanics or equivalent
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - verbal and written
- Ability to influence, coach and lead individuals and groups within an automotive business environment
- Solutions driven
- Commercial awareness and business acumen
- Australian Permanent Resident/Citizen
- Full Drivers Licence
