Victoria Aftersales Business Development Manager

This 24-month full-time position is available in Victoria for an Area Aftersales Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing business development support and aftersales operational expertise to the Volkswagen, Skoda, and Cupra dealer network within a designated geographical area.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and address dealer performance issues, providing remedial and proactive support to enhance operational efficiency.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders, driving business programs and initiatives to achieve targeted results.
- Maintain accurate records and analyze data to inform strategic decisions, ensuring targets are met or exceeded.
- Promote exceptional customer experiences, monitor satisfaction levels, and implement improvements to service retention.
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in an aftersales role within the automotive industry or equivalent senior account management, business development, and consulting background.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive informed decision-making.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a proven track record of effective stakeholder engagement.
- Self-motivated and results-driven individual with a can-do mindset, capable of working autonomously and as part of a team.
