Job Title: Fleet Services Officer

This is an exciting opportunity for a customer-focused individual to join our Fleet Services Team as a Fleet Services Officer. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for a wide range of administrative tasks, including registrations, fuel management, infringement, and toll management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Completing administrative tasks such as registrations, fuel management, infringement, and toll management
  • Timely and accurate ordering, dispatching, and cancellation of fuel cards
  • Maintaining accurate and meaningful internal records
  • Responding to clients and internal enquiries regarding fleet services related matters in a professional manner
  • Providing administrative support to the fleet services team as required
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a customer service/retail role
  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills - someone who meets specified deadlines and reports regularly on progress
  • Someone who can resolve problems through to complete resolution for customers in a timely, effective manner
  • High level of proficiency in software packages with advanced level of spread sheeting and word processing skills
  • Effective communicator both verbally and in writing, demonstrating good listening, probing skills
