A rare opportunity has come up for an experienced Legal Assistant to join a busy national firm in their growing team. With an immediate start, you will support a key partner of the firms commercial practice across many high profile domestic & international clientele.

**THE FIRM**
With offices spanning across all major cities in Australia, the firm work across commercial & corporate, Health & Government to Banking and Finance. The firm boasts a positive work culture with regular in house team events, working from home to suit you and market leading employee benefits. **THE ROLE**

With an immediate start you will offer integral administration support to the practices senior partner through the below key responsibilities:

- Complex Billing and invoicing specific to each clients needs
- PA support such travel arrangements & event management
- Liaising with external shareholders
- Drafting client correspondence
- Managing relationships with clients, specifically debtor management

**ABOUT YOU**
- Full time availability for six months
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a legal secretarial position
- Efficient time keeping and the ability to work under pressure
- Attention to detail
- Previous use of Aderant software
- Previous experience in accounts management would be beneficial but not essential

**The is a fast-paced practice so previous billing experience is essential & will help you hit the ground running but the firm offers a full training & professional development plan.**

This is the perfect role for you if you have 2 to 3 years of experience as a legal secretary and a natural interest in progressing your career in a commercial practice that is undergoing a period of hyper growth
