**The Opportunity**:
As a Design Researcher with Intrepid, you will manage exciting research projects, spearheading innovation from start to finish to yield invaluable customer insights. You’ll play a vital role in elevating our Research discipline, taking ownership over research tasks, advocating for research, and ensuring smooth research operations. You will primarily focus your work on the Customer & User Experience across the UK, Europe, and North America, and every day you’ll bring your passion for research to help us deliver an exceptional customer experience.
This is a full-time permanent position, operating out of our office in Melbourne, Australia. To provide the best experience to our people, this role would operate on a hybrid basis with some work-from-home days.
**A bit about you**:
- Highly proficient in researching with both Discovery and Validation research techniques
- Skilled in using research insights to make recommendations related to business and customer needs
- Proficient at building research projects to address specific business or customer needs
- Confident in representing learnings through artifacts like Customer Journeys, Eco-system maps, Personas, etc.
- Proven experience in creating and facilitating workshops with customers and internal teams

**Salary**: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
