**The Company**
Our client is a famous household brand, specialising in the manufacturing and distribution of high-quality paper products. They are looking for an experienced and bubbly Administration Assistant to join their team on a temporary contract (with the view to go perm).
**The Role**
This position is a varied all-rounder opportunity for a real self-starter who can bring their 'can do attitude' and experience gained in previous roles.
Reporting into the Head of Human Resources, you will be responsible for the following:
- Managing the reception desk, meeting, greeting, and responding to inbound calls
- Onboarding of new staff (tours of the office, introductions with other members of staff)
- Event coordination & catering
- Meeting room management
- Ordering of stationary & Mail distribution
- Some diary and travel management for executives
- Raising PO's and invoice processing
- Other general ad-hoc administration
**Your Profile**
You are an energetic and forward-thinking individual with excellent problem-solving skills. You are an experienced Administrator with a keen eye for detail and can work autonomously. This is a fast-paced environment, so someone who is switched on and uses their initiative will thrive in this role.
- Strong customer service experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong problem solving skills
- Solid understanding of Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong computer literacy and data entry skills
