**About the role**:
An exciting opportunity to join Box Hill Institute as one of our Client Services Administrators within our Hospitality, Tourism & Culinary Arts team

You will be the first point of contact for students and clients, and support in a range of administrative support to enable the effective delivery of relevant programs with a focus on educational excellence and excellent customer service. Your role will consist of providing excellent reception services and quality customer service, ensuring prompt and accurate responses to course enquiries from internal and external, existing or potential students.

As the Client Services Administrator you will be working collaboratively with business support employees through the faculty, ensure that all student enrolments and relevant paperwork, in particular course exits, exemptions, and withdrawal forms, are completed, entered and filed in a timely manner.

The Faculty of IT,Business, Sport & Creative Industries provides a wide range of teaching and learning programs at local, interstate and international campuses. The faculty delivers nationally recognised training to over 1200 students in courses ranging from Certificates to Diplomas. Disciplinary areas include Hospitality, Culinary, Tourism & Patisserie.

**About You**:

- Demonstrated experience in a similar role. Experience in administration of educational delivery and/or professional services is an advantage
- A relevant qualification in business administration (desirable)
- Experience in dealing confidently and courteously with people at all levels, and a commitment to providing a high level of customer care in an administrative role
- High level of interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills, with demonstrated experience in preparing high quality, accurate correspondence and reports to stakeholders
- Knowledge of information management systems including Student One, CELCAT and Finance One is highly advantageous
- Experience in working collaboratively as part of a team to achieve team goals, including excellent organisational skills, flexibility during peak periods, and ability to adapt to changing priorities is essential
