About the Role

This Client Service Officer position is an exciting opportunity to join our team in Broken Hill, NSW, and contribute to the delivery of exceptional services to the community.

As a key member of our Estate Administration team, you will provide support in various aspects of the administrative process, including:

  • Submitting applications to the courts
  • Corresponding with clients and stakeholders
  • Assisting with Deceased Estates at various stages
  • Paying claims
  • Reviewing and interpreting legal documents

To succeed in this role, you will possess:

  • Previous experience working in Wills & Estates in a legal support role
  • A keen eye for detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A high level of organization
  • The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
