We are looking for a highly skilled Data Entry Operator to join our team at IIQAF. As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for updating and maintaining accurate information on our company databases and computer systems.

Responsibilities
  • Accurately input customer and account data by collecting text-based and numerical information from source documents within specified time limits.
  • Compile, verify accuracy, and sort information according to priorities to prepare source data for computer entry.
  • Analyze data for deficiencies or errors, correct any discrepancies if possible, and ensure output is accurate.
  • Research and obtain additional information for incomplete documents when necessary.
  • Apply advanced data program techniques and procedures to maintain data integrity.
  • Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations, and perform regular backup operations.
  • Scan documents and print files as required.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Respond promptly to queries for information and access relevant files as needed.
  • Comply with established data integrity and security policies.
  • Ensure proper use and maintenance of office equipment to prevent malfunctions.
Requirements
  • Proven experience working in data entry roles, preferably with administrative duties.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and data programs, including familiarity with administrative software.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail when working with numbers and text.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Familiarity with standard office equipment, such as scanners and fax machines.
  • Typing speed and accuracy, with an emphasis on error-free performance.
  • Strong knowledge of spelling, grammar, and punctuation principles.
  • Previous experience as an office clerk or similar role is an asset.
Estimated Salary:

$45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
