**About you**:
You are going to be the point of contact, who will assist and advise students on how to select courses, employment, careers and overall make sure they receive positive training

You must have an energetic, positive and consultative approach with the ability to assist and guide Students. You should naturally have high energy, motivation, empathy, compassion but overall, most important factor required is to bring your fun personality to the job

**Day to duties include**:

- Provide support and excellent customer service to students to ensure they experience positive training, employment and career outcomes.
- Effectively administer, record, track and report on all enrolment activities, course progression support and class transfers.
- Assist with timely administrative support, enquiries and data.
- Liaising with marketing teams to stay across digital communications.

**Key Knowledge, Skills and Attributes**:

- Exceptional with customer service and satisfaction.
- Excellent communication skills both interpersonal & verbal.
- Demonstrate initiative, analysis, problem solving and resilience.
- Excellent organizational, planning and time management skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and in a structured team.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office products and IT.
- Well-developed ability to meet deadlines whilst maintaining accuracy and attention to detail

**Prior Experience**:

- Experience in Admin or Customer Service role required.
- Sound knowledge of the VET system, ASQA highly regarded.
- Familiarity with Student Management Systems (SMS)
