**Role**:
This is a full-time position that also requires a process-driven approach, coupled with creativity and a customer-centric focus to ensure operational efficiencies, as well as student and stakeholder expectations are met.
There is an attendance requirement of up to 5 additional days in the school holidays.
This role will assist in the promotion and marketing of the College with a particular emphasis on providing high-quality service to students, parents, and staff. This role is exciting, fast paced, and hands-on involving a variety of integral tasks and key projects.
**Responsibilities**:
- Responsibilities include, but may not be limited to:
- Assist senior school leaders on matters related VCE and VM attendance,
- Supporting distance Ed students (VSV and VSL students) with assessment and or communication from teachers to students,
- Coordination with VVLN students on SAC, tasks and distribution of reports and discuss with students any issues or concern from teacher,
- Collect medical certificates for VCE students and passing them on to attendance officer.
- Where required assist students - in consultation with their parent/guardian - exit the education system
- Manage student program change requests, process, and update accordingly to OneNote,
- Manage campus change requests, process, and update accordingly to OneNote,
- Providing input on campus travels to logistics officer,
- Assist with allocation of HG and LM,
- Liaise with Programme Administrator on enrolment offer and enquiries,
- Assisting with International Student coordinator enquiries,
- Monitoring students exit and recording on OneNote and follow up exit paperwork,
- Provide general assistance to Junior School (Year 7 to 9) and all House Leaders e.g., management of spreadsheets for Homegroup and Learning Mentor group,
- Assist with census audit,
- Point of contact for parent/guardian enquiries
