**The Opportunity**:
We currently have an opportunity available for a Records Coordinator to join our Sydney office on a 12 month fixed term contract basis.

This role is part of our Operations team, Operations within Ashurst are responsible for internal professional service delivery, including client services, facilities and mailroom, legal operations, business continuity, records management and workplace.

Joining as the Records Coordinator you'll be responsible for managing the firms information assets by ensuring the records are classified, secure and retained in accordance with our legislative, regulatory and business obligations. This role will also provide overflow support to the facilities and other operations teams as required.

**About you**:
To be successful in this role, you will have the following skills and experience:

- Knowledge of legislation and standards relating to information and records management.
- Three or more years' experience gained in a records management practice within large and complex organisations or equivalent experience.
- Experience handling highly sensitive and confidential information.
- Demonstrated commitment to accuracy and high attention to detail.
