Records Coordinator Role, 9 Month FTC
**Your new company**
A government organisation is looking for a Records Coordinator to join them on a 9-month FTC.
**Your new role**:
- Manage a team of technical staff including day to day work allocation, capability development and performance management to deliver effective and efficient record management practices. - Administer the agency’s electronic document and records management system (EDRMS)
- Build and maintain key internal and external stakeholder relationships to ensure stakeholders are aware of their obligations and the range of issues
- Provide advice and instruction regarding the use of the records management system, including conducting training sessions to facilitate a greater understanding and awareness of good record management practice
**What you'll need to succeed**
Relevant tertiary qualification(s) in Information Management or related field and/or equivalent relevant industry knowledge and experience
- Demonstrated high level experience and knowledge of record management (including Content Manager) and understanding of record management principles, practices and the State Records Act 1998
- Thorough knowledge of AIIMS principles and processes, and/or willingness to obtain competence within 12 months
