About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Medical Records Coordinator. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Update and maintain accurate and up-to-date doctor database information.
  • Daily reports and checks to ensure data integrity.
  • Liaise with referring practitioners, marketing, and other departments to ensure doctor code and information accuracy.
  • Coordinate ordering and distribution of request pads as needed.
  • Create request pads with detailed information such as panels and billing details.
  • Maintain patient confidentiality and exercise discretion in performing duties.
  • Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
About You

To be considered for this position, you will need to have a great blend of skills, including:

  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office - Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to perform work with a high degree of precision and accuracy.
  • Self-direction and ability to manage your own performance according to position requirements and performance expectations.
Estimated Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per annumBenefits
