Record Management Specialist

We are seeking 2 x Senior Records Officers to join our R&IM Corporate Records, Shared Services team. This role is responsible for the secure storage, retrieval and management of Corporate Records.
As a Senior Records Officer, you will be part of a dynamic team that supports the NSW Police Force in maintaining accurate and up-to-date records. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the development and implementation of record-keeping policies and procedures;
- Providing guidance and training to staff on record-keeping practices and procedures;
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards;
- Coordinating the destruction of confidential documents;
- Managing the maintenance and update of electronic document management systems.
You will work closely with other teams within the NSW Police Force to ensure seamless operations and effective communication. If you have strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply.
The salary for this role is approximately $85,000 per annum, plus superannuation and annual leave loading. We also offer flexible work options, opportunity to purchase leave, and corporate wellbeing programs.
