**Your new role**
We are seeking an **Account Manager** to join our **WA Sales team** on a **p**ermanent, full-time** basis. Reporting to the State Merchants & Residential Manager, you will act as the front-line ‘face of GWA’ to service one of our key merchant customers.
As the Account Manager,you will be managing your allocated territory, identifying business opportunities, and maintaining and building customer relationships to drive sustainable revenue and margin growth**. **This role will also see you work with small projects, prepare and execute customer plans within your territory and work cross functionally within the sales team.
You will work part of a high-performing and well-established sales team who all share a real passion for high quality, innovative products and working for a market leader within our industry.
**About you**
- Experience in establishing, rebuilding and maintaining customer relationships quickly, with a proven record of increasing sales to both existing and new client bases.
- Great at delivering strong visual and verbal presentations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated strong decision-making capabilities.
- Experience using Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel.
- Power BI or Microsoft Dynamics 365 skills is preferred, but not essential.
- A background in the Plumbing industry is highly desirable, but not essential
