Thanks to impressive growth in the team, they now have a newly-created role for an Admin / Team Assistant - providing property admin, marketing and general EA support to their fun and sociable Western Australia Office Leasing team - whilst having some fun along the way
- This is a great opportunity for an experienced Admin, EA or Team Assistant to carve a career within Commercial Real Estate, learning the ropes of leasing, proposals and general property knowledge along the way._

**$70,000 - 77,000 + super (depending on experience)**
**Start ASAP**
**Location: Perth City Centre**
**A Typical Day**:

- Providing general admin support to 4 Leasing Managers - updating Salesforce data, file management, preparing leasing minutes, and responding to enquiries in their absence.
- Maintaining and updating marketing material using InDesign - e.g. updating brochures, drafting proposals using templates, creating signboards and online listings.
- Booking travel and diary management for two Directors.
- Facilitating on-site meetings and booking of rooms.
- Managing company social media profiles
- Assisting the HR team with staff onboarding
- Managing expenses, work orders, invoices, and associated admin.

**Requirements**:

- Existing experience in an Admin, Team Assistant, Executive Assistant or similar position **(ESSENTIAL)**:

- A background in Property **preferred but not essential**:

- Experience with design packages such as InDesign** (PREFERRED, but can be taught)**:

- Excellent Microsoft Office skills** (ESSENTIAL)**:

- Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency** (ESSENTIAL)**
