Job Description:


We are seeking the expertise of a proactive Team Assistant to provide administrative support within our Office Leasing team based in our Perth office.

This is a great opportunity for a recent graduate looking to accelerate their career in the Property Industry, and gain invaluable training and development.


In this key support role, you will be responsible for a wide range of assignments which include:

  • Co-ordinating the preparation, formatting and collation of reports, marketing materials, submissions, and other documentation, including typing, photocopying, binding.
  • Managing internal and external enquiries and correspondence for the team including travel bookings and general correspondence.
  • Updating of internal databases.
  • Ongoing management of critical information spreadsheets.
  • Reconciling and actioning invoices and expenses.
  • Diary management.
  • Managing team travel economically, ensuring cost effective airfares and ground transport are arranged

Qualifications:

To meet the challenge of this busy role, you will bring the following skills and experience:

  • Experience in a support role and with some basic property related experience.
  • Strong MS Office skills; in particular Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Recent graduate in a Property, Business or related degree.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong time management and ability to multitask.
  • Experience using InDesign will be an advantage.
  • Professional communication skills.
