Our client, a leading commercial department, is seeking a dedicated Team Assistant to support their HR and Business Operations team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Onboarding: Conduct conflict checks, sanctions screening, client requirements, and risk management controls.
  • Supplier Onboarding: Manage sanctions screening and contract management.
  • Staff Trading Activity Monitoring: Reconcile daily activities, maintain account records, and update company's Restricted Securities List.
  • Training Calendar Maintenance: Ensure training schedules are up to date.
  • Diary Management & Meeting Arrangements: Organise schedules and appointments.
  • Travel Arrangements: Coordinate domestic and international travel.
  • Document Preparation: Assist with formatting, photocopying, scanning, and binding documents and presentations.
  • Event Coordination: Help organise client and team events.
  • Compliance Committee Support: Provide assistance as needed.
  • General Administrative Duties: Handle other related tasks as appropriate.

  • Experience: Proven experience in a similar role.
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal skills.
  • Multitasking: Ability to prioritise and work with multiple stakeholders.
  • Time Management: Excellent organisation skills and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Autonomy & Teamwork: Work independently and as part of a team, using initiative to find solutions.
