**The Role**
Make a difference in our community
The Coordinator Quality and Compliance role is responsible for ensuring that our operations align with industry standards, legal requirements and best practice in in-home aged care.
**About you**
To be successful in this role, you will have the following:
- Proven experience in reviewing policies, processes, and compliance in the healthcare or aged care sector
- Up to date knowledge of aged care and sector reforms
- Strong leadership, organisational and problem solving skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Tertiary qualifications in allied health, management, community services or relevant discipline
