About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality and Education Manager to lead our care home in delivering high-quality care and services. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with the Aged Care Quality Standards and maintaining the competency of our team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide quality-focused leadership and coaching to our team members
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve the quality of care and services provided
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to identify areas for improvement and develop plans to address them
  • Ensure that our care home is prepared for audits and inspections by maintaining accurate records and documentation
  • Manage and deliver high-quality clinical care to our residents, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including government agencies and regulatory bodies
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent qualification
  • Current AHPRA registration
  • Postgraduate qualification in Aged Care and Cert IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116) desirable
  • Proven track record in delivering quality clinical care, coaching, and training
  • Ability to foster a team environment and build collaborative relationships
  • Highly effective communication, leadership, and relationship management skills
