- About the role
- The Operations Support role is responsible for the coordination of the reactive and preventive maintenance and maintenance contractor management across all CPA sites as well as providing support to the Team Leader to ensure the effective management of the Facilities Department in the area of maintenance.
- This role is full time based in Allambie Heights.

- Responsibilities of the role (not limited to):

- Coordinating reactive maintenance bookings and preventive maintenance schedules to ensure safety, operational and client requirements are met at all CPA sites
- Preparing and maintaining records of all preventative maintenance services across all CPA sites to effectively meet legislative and auditing compliance requirements
- Completing all financial and administration tasks relating to maintenance e.g. invoices, purchase orders to ensure efficient running of the business operations
- Supporting the Team Leader and Coordinator with sourcing contractors and quotes for planned works to ensure best pricing, quality of service and contractor compliance is achieved
- Providing assistance with new site set ups and site closures
- Extracting and collating data to prepare information for management reports
- About you:

- At least three years' demonstrated experience providing administration support
- Exceptional communication skills both verbally and written
- Demonstrated stakeholder management experience
- A warm, pro-active and approachable nature, with the ability to build rapport and bring teams together to meet strict deadlines
- Be creative by nature, where problem solving and thinking outside the square comes easily to you
- Sound MS Office and outlook experience
- Current NSW driver licence
