Operations Analyst

Sunnyfield is looking for an experienced professional passionate about developing business insights to support operational performance and growth strategy within our Community Services division.
You will partner our Data Analytics team to ensure our data and reporting framework is embedded whilst supporting the general needs of operations. This includes reporting to support future forecasted growth and strategic initiative implementation, including measurement of strategic outcomes and balanced scorecard. Operational performance reporting and analysis is another key component, along with improving reporting and operational analytics to help drive operational performance. This position is for an initial 6-month period to advance reporting, literacy, and operational outcomes with the possibility of extension.

**About You**
- Your experience demonstrates strong analytical skills, with advanced Excel and Power BI gained within large, dynamic environments.
- You have sound system skills and a passion for using technology to improve business outcomes.
- You are a change agent who is flexible and comfortable with an ever-changing environment.
- You are a team player with good people skills, a collaborative and flexible style, and strong service mentality.
- You are an effective communicator at all levels in the organisation, with strong oral and written skills and a willingness to share accurate information.
- Demonstrated business partnering experience with both external parties and business stakeholders to deliver improved reporting outcomes.
