Our CPA Allambie Heights site are looking to grow the team - could you be our next Exercise Physiologist?

Cerebral Palsy Alliance is the industry leader in disability services with 16 Therapy specific sites across NSW and ACT and over 160 Therapists. Using the latest international science, we provide the latest therapies and early learning programs. To date, CPA has dedicated $50 million for research into cerebral palsy and are the world leaders in this space.

CPA's Allied Health team have a strong focus on best practice and evidence based solutions. You will have the support of our Clinical Governance team who are leaders in their disciplines and provide education, training, supervision and mentoring to all our therapists - they are specialists in the field of CP and disabilities.

The role
- You will have the opportunity to work independently and in a group setting - allowing you to make informative decision making
- Completing detailed assessments, ongoing intervention, and prescribing assistive technology supports as needed
- Your clinical experience and opinion will be valued and action taken
- You will have the opportunity to be involved in the professional journey of new grads and students and utilise your skillset and knowledge to train, mentor and supervise
- Join a close knit and experienced multidisciplinary team of other Exercise Physiologists, Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists and Physiotherapists
- Have access to strong links with research institute & advocate for evidence-based practices

This role is located at our Allambie Heights site and is a full time position working a half day on Saturday. You will be joining a multidisciplinary team of 25 physiotherapists, occupational therapists, speech pathologists, behavior support practitioners and exercise physiologists. Working with a mixed caseload, this is a highly innovative and supportive team. The Allambie Heights site is an exciting workplace with the state of the art facilities including a gym, hydro-pool and extensive equipment.

- Relevant qualifications in Exercise Physiology
- Some experience in the disability sector
- Evidence of current ESSA registration (or willing to get obtain this)
- Current drivers' license
