**Virtual Receptionist (Casual) | Melbourne**
**Reports to**: Business Services Manager
**Start date**: Immediate
**Location**: Head Office at Hub Collins Street
**Employment type**: Casual
**Ordinary hours of work**: 6 hours per week (3 hours x 2 days a week). Shift times will be around 3pm - 6pm.

**Your Role**:
As a Casual Virtual Receptionist, you will mainly support our Business Services Coordinators in creating a smooth and memorable experience for our members.
Day to day, you will be responsible for answering calls on behalf of Hub and our members, managing our live chat and inbox, ensuring smooth onboarding/offboarding of our members and assisting in the overall growth of the Business Services member portfolio.

- Areas for which you will be responsible are:_
- Variety of administrative tasks to support to the Hub Team
- Answer and manage incoming phone calls through our telephone system in a professional and personable manner, following tailored processes for Hub Australia and Virtual Office members
- Embody the Hub values of Collaborative, Adaptable, Resourceful, Accountable & Beyond Profit.
- Follow Hub customer experience guidelines to ensure a memorable and consistent Hub experience with each guest or member engagement
**About you**:
- Previous reception, administration or concierge experience.
- Customer service focused, always willing to go above and beyond for members,
- Team first attitude, but also happy to work independently when needed.
- Flexible to work weekdays (Monday - Friday) shifts will be varied depending on operational needs.
