Our well established and friendly team is seeking a Casual Dental Receptionist to join our practice.

At Parkview Dental we are committed to deliver affordable and exceptional dental care in a relaxed atmosphere. Our Practice has the latest equipment and services to help you achieve optimal oral health and a beautiful smile.

The Dental Receptionist is an integral part of the team and responsibilities will include providing excellent customer service to our patients and all day-to-day reception requirements for the practice. Successful applicants will be well groomed, ideally have at least 12 months’ reception experience, be a great team player, passionate and keen to learn. Please note that while dental experience is preferred it is not essential.

To be successful in this role you will have:

- At least 1 year experience on reception in medical or dental field
- A confident, outgoing, friendly approach with excellent personal presentation
- An ability to quickly build rapport with patients, with a welcoming pleasant manner
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Outstanding attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong computer skills, with the ability to quickly comprehend new software, experience with EXACT software and Sidexis knowledge will be highly rewarded
