**Receptionist**

**We are seeking a Receptionist to join our team at our Ramsay Psychology Clinic on casual basis**

**This role to cover multiple sites across VIC ( Bundoora/ Box Hill/ Frankston/ Geelong /South Melbourne )**

**Willing to drive to multiple sites**

**About You**
- To be successful in this role, you will be a well-presented individual with highly developed communication and organisational skills.
- Your strong administration skillset, including high attention to detail and accuracy, ability to work flexibly, and strong computer skills will be key to this role as will your ability to manage conflicting priorities working in a fast-paced environment.

***_You will also bring:_**
- Previous medical administration experience is essential, with reception experience being highly regarded.
- Ability to work autonomously or part of a team and without direct supervision.
- Exceptional typing/keyboarding skills.
- Experience with Patient Management Systems will be ideal for this role.
- Excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing

**Remuneration: $24.47 + casual loading + **superannuation, exclusive of penalties or allowances

**Requirements**:
Everyone who joins Ramsay:

- Must be **vaccinated against Covid-19** a vaccine approved by the Australian Technical Advisory Group on Immunisation
- Must provide a **National Police** check conducted within the previous 12 months
- According to the role, Ramsay may require a **Working-With-Children **check and **proof of immunisation** against infectious diseases.
