Evolve Physio Group is looking for an experienced receptionist to work in our modern and innovative multi-disciplinary clinic. Our clinic is close to public transport, and surrounded by some of Melbourne’s premier parklands, in the beautiful tree-lined St Kilda Rd precinct.

Evolve Physio clients are active and motivated people who are a pleasure to work with.

We are looking for a friendly, self-motivated receptionist with a great sense of customer service to join our team. Computer and literacy skills essential, and preferably have previously worked with Allied health or medical software. The position would be considered for casual.

The role will include;
- Front Desk duties - greeting patients on arrival, answering phone calls, managing the therapist’s diary, scanning, taking payments
- Marketing duties both on & offline
- Minor bookkeeping and managing of accounts
- Managing patient communications via all forms of media

If you possess:

- Exceptional Customer Service skills
- Excellent time management and task prioritisation
- Motivation to be a team player and a wish to join a close-knit team
- Willingness to learn, and a proactive nature that allows you to work unsupervised

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
