**The Role**:
This position will assess, report, and ensure that all property managed by the Academic Operations Unit, including furniture, signage, IT equipment and occupied infrastructure is maintained, repaired, and/or replaced as required. The position is a primary contact for all new and departing staff and Higher Degree by Research students, and responsible for coordinating on and off-boarding human resource requirements to ensure that access to space, furniture and equipment resources is provided in accordance with University policy
**Responsibilities**:
- Proactively administer maintenance-related work requests
- Investigation and completion of major and minor infrastructure projects
- Provision and maintenance of resources
- Onboarding and offboarding new staff and research students
**About you**:
- Previous experience in a resource support position in a large organisation
- Demonstrated high-level communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience with effective use of electronic diaries and time management skills
- Excellent internal and external stakeholder relationship skills.
- Current Employee WWCC essential
